Hildabuilt has extensive design and manufacturing capabilities. From state of the art CAD design facilities to a fully functional foundry capable of producing an extensive range of patterns and castings.

The Design Department has earned a reputation as continually providing high quality, new and innovative products. Computer Aided Design capabilities are used to achieve the highest possible degree of accuracy and design quality.

Through the use of sophisticated CNC lathes and machining centres combined with CADCAM facilities enables our Machine Shop to achieve finer tolerances and uniformity. This maintains the focus on excellence and accuracy to ensure a quality product to the end user. 

The Fabrication Shop provides light to medium fabrication and welding facilities using a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron and mild steel.

An extensive knowledge of hydraulic systems and general fitting is utilized in the Fitting Department.
